From inner clarity;
to outer mastery

Rashmi Shiradkar grew up in Aurangabad, studied Computer Science at a time when few girls in her city did, earned her Masters in Computer Management from Pune University, and built a career with leading MNCs in Pune. To the outside world, she had made it.

But inside, a different story was playing out. Rashmi was deeply, painfully shy. In college, she couldn't give a presentation. At work, public speaking felt like an impossible wall. She was the person in the room with everything to say — and no voice to say it.

The turning point didn't come from a retreat or a revelation. It came from her children.

As a mother of two, she had one fierce wish: that her kids would never be limited by fear the way she had been. So she went looking for tools — and found Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), the study of how successful people think, applied to personal growth. It changed everything. The Law of Attraction became not a concept but a lived practice. She got certified. She used the techniques with her children, then with herself, then — almost without intending to — with the women around her.

Through PULA, a women's entrepreneurship community in Pune, Rashmi began sharing what she was learning: how to overcome fear and anxiety, how inner work creates outer change. Women followed her techniques. They came back transformed. Word spread.

As her own healing deepened, so did her toolkit — Reiki energy healing, Vedic Astrology, and Meditation coaching, each adding a new way to meet people exactly where they are. Today, no two clients receive the same approach, because no two journeys are the same.

Manifest Mantras is the name for everything she has become — and everything she now makes possible for others.
